Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Air Export Import Agent Surabaya TerbaruWe are looking for a Legal Staff to support the company in handling legal documentation, compliance, and corporate legal matters. This role will also work closely with the General Affairs (GA) team to support administrative and operational legal needs.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and agreements
- Handle company licensing, permits, and legal compliance
- Support contract drafting and review (agreements, MoU, etc.)
- Work closely with GA team for company administration and operational matters
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding legal issues
- Liaise with external parties such as notaries, government offices, and legal consultants
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of legal records
- Assist in handling legal issues or disputes when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Legal Staff or similar role
- Good understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations
- Experience handling corporate legal documents and permits
- Able to work closely with GA and other departments
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Good communication skills - English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies
- Familiar with OSS, company licensing, and compliance
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
