Requirements includeExtraordinary communication and presentation skill to all levels of management from C-level to working level.
Extraordinary project management and partner management skills as well as the ability to manage & work with a diverse range of individuals or teams.
Ability to think structurally and creatively.
Very execution & results-oriented and don’t mind getting your hands dirty to do execution on the ground.
Have a huge passion and/or prior experience in sales, negotiation, sourcing & closing deals or other similar experiences.
Ability to work independently as well as under pressure with a tight deadline and minimal supervision
Decent ability in using Ms. Office suite (Excel, Power Point)
Have social capital to access for leads & ability to get in touch with decision maker in all industries is a plus.
Additional technical skills such as web development & design, others are a bonus.
Entrepreneurial and comfortable with constant change and evolution.
Must have qualities include being a very fast-learner with a can-do attitude.
Comfortable in giving people / stakeholders some push to ensure progress.
What you'll doIdentify new partnership opportunities and acquire leads from various potential industries.
Serve as key account manager that manages all level of people from C-level, managerial level, and working level.
Structure and review strategic partnership documentation as well as working with the legal team to finalize contracts.
Create presentation and do analysis of partnership results to be presented to various stakeholders.
Develop framework, work structure, and process infrastructure to ensure smooth operation on the ground.
Execute, monitor, and evaluate all partnership projects in the pipeline.
