We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to grow our venue bookings and beverage wholesale business across the HORECA and events market.
Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing revenue through venue bookings and wholesale beverage sales. You’ll tap into your strong industry network to pitch our unique offerings to event organizers, cafés, restaurants, and hospitality professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Venue Sales: Approach Event Organizers and Wedding Planners to promote our tea house as a venue for private events, banquets, and corporate gatherings. Build long-term partnerships with event professionals to drive repeat bookings.
- Inbound Sales Management: Handle and convert incoming inquiries from online platforms and social media into confirmed bookings or sales. Ensure timely follow-up, quotations, and customer service.
- Wholesale Sales (Beverage): Scout cafés, restaurants, and hotels to introduce our premium tea and matcha products. Invite clients for tea-tasting experiences at our venue to build interest and trust.
- HORECA Market Development: Proactively approach and manage sales to HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) with a middle-up market positioning. Maintain and grow a personal client database of hospitality professionals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in beverage product sales (tea, coffee, alcohol, or food ingredients).
- Strong existing database and connections in the HORECA industry, especially mid- to high-end market.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Professional, well-groomed, and confident in presenting premium products.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and highly organized.
