Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Customer Experience Management CEM Manager Badung TerbaruAre you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences? Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies aligned with our business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of customer experience agents, ensuring they deliver exceptional service.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement guest recovery plans to address negative experiences promptly.
- Oversee the guest survey program, ensuring timely analysis and action on findings.
- Promote and manage the Karma Moments program, creating memorable guest experiences.
- Conduct regular guest satisfaction surveys and interviews to gather valuable insights.
- Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to reviews effectively.
- Provide training and coaching to staff on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management.
Qualifications:
- Very good level of English proficiency.
- Proven experience in customer service or guest relations.
- Excellent knowledge of customer service management methods and techniques.
- Strong communication and guest-facing skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
- BS degree in Business Administration or a related field.
