Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Customer Experience Management CEM Manager Badung Terbaru

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences? Do you excel in turning customer interactions into lasting positive memories that encourage repeat visits and referrals? If so, we invite you to apply for the position of CEM Manager at Karma Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies aligned with our business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer experience agents, ensuring they deliver exceptional service.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement guest recovery plans to address negative experiences promptly.
  • Oversee the guest survey program, ensuring timely analysis and action on findings.
  • Promote and manage the Karma Moments program, creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular guest satisfaction surveys and interviews to gather valuable insights.
  • Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to reviews effectively.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management.

Qualifications:

  • Very good level of English proficiency.
  • Proven experience in customer service or guest relations.
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service management methods and techniques.
  • Strong communication and guest-facing skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
  • BS degree in Business Administration or a related field.
