Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Receptionist Badung TerbaruWe are seeking an experienced a friendy and responsible individual to join our team as a Receptionist . As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome and ensuring their experience at our camp is exceptional.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Provide information about camp facilities, amenities, and activities.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage bookings, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Ensure accuracy in guest information and payment details.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Continuously strive to enhance guest satisfaction and exceed their expectations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality with a customer service orientation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns effectively.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Previous experience in the hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and payments.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software applications.
- Able to work both individual and as part of a team
