Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja HRBP Officer Jakarta TerbaruResponsibilities
- Work closely with leaders to understand business challenges and align HR strategies (talent planning, org design) with goals.
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
- Manage complex issues, conduct investigations, resolve conflicts, and ensure fair application of policies.
- Advise on organizational structure, change management, and improving productivity and culture.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on HR policies, compliance, and effective team leadership.
- Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or equivalent.
- Min 1 year experience in business partnering or strategic roles.
- Strong understanding of business functions and goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
- Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office.
- Confidentiality, discretion, relationship-building, influencing skills.
