Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Legal Industrial Relation Coordinator Jakarta TerbaruOur client is urgently seeking a Legal/Industrial Relations Coordinator to join their team, placement in Taliabu, Maluku.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (a must)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial relations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law
- Proven experience in resolving industrial relations disputes
- Having PKPA PERADI certification will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve industrial relations cases through Bipartite, Tripartite, and PHI (Industrial Relations Court)
- Handle and mediate disputes between the client's company and employees
- Manage employee administration, including contracts, termination (PHK), compensation, and employee rights
Job Type: Contract
