Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Ride Hailing Area Coordinator Bandung TerbaruinDriver is an international ride-hailing service headquartered in Mountain View, CA. inDriver app's downloads exceed 150M, we are operating in more than 600+ cities in 45 countries.
We are expanding our presence in Southeast Asia, and now we’re looking for RH Coordinator
This position is based in Bandung and Surabaya, Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze local ride-hailing trends and user behavior
- Serve as the main contact for users, resolving issues efficiently
- Deliver high-quality customer support and manage conflict resolution
- Lead meetings with driver communities and local stakeholders
- Prepare and present regular operational reports
- Identify problems early and propose practical, actionable solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and policy compliance
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of local ride-hailing landscape and market trends
- Strong customer service skills, especially in tough situations
- Confident speaker and clear communicator
- Self-driven and solutions-focused with minimal need for supervision
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with digital tools; Excel, Google Sheets, apps, etc.
- Background in ride-hailing or transport industry is a plus.
- Available to join immediately is strongly preferred
