Job Deskripsi
- Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of the construction and facilities setup for all factories.
- Act as the central point of communication between stakeholders, contractors, and your company.
- Address challenges and ensure risks are mitigated effectively during construction.
- Ensure that the construction meets industry standards, regulatory requirements, and investor expectations.

Deskripsi Persyaratan
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Risk management and problem-solving skills.
- Technical understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to construction and industrial projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
- Proven experience (7+ years) in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in industrial or factory settings.
- Experience with multi-factory or multi-site projects is a significant advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
