Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Liga Tennis Bar Staff Ubud Gianyar TerbaruResponsibilities:
- Ensure the daily operations of the bar.
- Prepare and serve the clients' order.
- Maintain prepare and serve the clients' orders, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the work area at all times, following health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and equipment, restocking as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in special events or activities, providing excellent customer service and engaging with clients to enhance their experience.
- Handle transactions and daily financial report accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing new recipes or menu items based on client feedback and seasonal trends.
Requirements:
- Based in Ubud area is a plus
- 1+ years of experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- A passion for coffee and excellent knowledge of coffee preparation and service.
- Knowledge of healthy drinks preparation (smoothies, protein shakes, juice, etc.).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm, welcoming experience.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Good English skills.
- Competency to POS Software, EDC Machine and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, fast learner and team player.
- Ability to follow work safety in bar area.
- A good memory to manage multiple orders at the same time and recall faces, names, and preferences of frequent patrons.
