Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Retail Merchandiser Gianyar TerbaruMain Responsibilities
- Good analytical skills
- Implement strategic merchandising plans to optimize sales and enhance customer experience
- Manage inventory by thorough tracking, restocking, and updating product listings
- Maintain robust vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of merchandise- Be able to understand the consumer expectations in terms of designs, pricing, assortment, discount structure and also the brand position.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to drive promotional activities.
Skill Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail merchandising, preferably within the jewelry industry. Min. 1 year.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel
- Able to operate inventory management software
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline is preferred
