STAFF - Full Time Employment
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving DataOn’s international business growth by identifying new enterprise opportunities, engaging C-level stakeholders, building strategic partnerships, and conducting in-depth market research. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Present DataOn’s solutions to potential clients via meetings, presentations, and product demos.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and ensure smooth onboarding.
Represent DataOn at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
Experience in SaaS, HRIS, ERP, or enterprise technology solutions is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of enterprise software and business workflows.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or professional certifications in sales or business development.
Experience working in the HR or ERP software space.
Fluency in English.
