Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja QA Engineer Customer Experience Customer Platform Jakarta Terbaru

About the Role
Test Engineers would need to be able to lead and implement the test strategy for manual as well as automation by working closely with the product engineering group. They would also work on the latest cutting-edge internet/software technology. This role will be primarily focusing on: Gojek’s Home screen, user onboarding, signup and signin, My account page. What You Will Do Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet the day to day needs
Test engineers should be able to perform Test Automation and set up frameworks on multiple application platforms primarily on Android, iOS, and Backend APIs
Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team
Test engineers also work with deployments teams and resolve any level issues for the system
Building and managing automated build/test/deployment environments
Proactively report to stakeholders communication related to deliverables, risks and changes

What You Will Need Should have at least 4 years of experience in Automation Testing of software applications
Have a deep understanding of Manual & Automation test methodologies and principles
Have experiences of working with Web, Mobile and API Testing in both manual & automation testing
Highly experienced with testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, Git, Appium, Selenium, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
Have experience in working with programming languages like Java (preferably) / Python / Ruby etc.
Experienced in working in Agile process management methodology
Ability to spike and choose appropriate automated testing tools for the given problem statement
Knowledge of Performance & Security Testing and Linux/Unix commands

Customer Experience Vertical is responsible for improving customer satisfaction towards the Gojek app on mostly non-core booking flow (pre-booking and post-booking) by providing functionality to reach a delightful experience.
