Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja RESORT MANAGER Medan Terbaru
- Based in Malaysia
- Assist in all aspects of resort operations, F&B, Housekeeping & etc
- Enhance revenue and profitability of wellness business
- Maintain good reputation of the resort and services
- Plan efficient duty roster of staff and outsourced workers
- Effective communication with various Departments to deliver optimal results
- Close attention of guests activities at the lobby, public and general areas
- Promote a welcoming and pleasant ambience for guests
- Recommend appropriate wellness packages and specialities of the resort
- Ensure overall cleanliness of the property
- Constant review of guests comments from feedback and online booking sites
- Prompt attention to guests complaints and resolve issues
- Enhance guests satisfaction at all times and strive for continuous improvement
- Any other duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of proven experience at managerial level from a hotel, resort or related industry
- Service oriented with strong passion in the hospitality business
- Possess a genuine interest in people and natural ability in getting along with them
- Outgoing, energetic, dynamic and confident personality
- Responsible, committed, diligent
Indonesian who possess excellent English skills with resort operations experience are welcome to apply
