Product Development Staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and target oriented.
- Could work well independently and as a team.
- Have professional work experience in Building Material Industry (e.g. as a Specifier or Sales/Marketing Staff) would be an advantage.
Main Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, and business owners, in order to:
- Actively do market research related to current and emerging building materials.
- Actively gather information about customer needs and preferences.
- Provide a proactive and responsive support during product development process.
- Prepare visitation database report, stay up-to-date with current information/development, and inform the product development team accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver product & technical presentations; for external and internal purpose.
- Train and support sales team on new product launches.
- Managing reports and related administrative works.
