- Advise hospitals and clinics on what medical devices can be reimbursed and what cannot.
- Analyze payer policies, coding, and documentation requirements to reduce claim denials.
- Resolve denied or delayed claims by working with insurance providers and internal teams.
- Track reimbursement trends to identify which devices hospitals are more likely to adopt.
- Provide insights to our sales team to guide product strategy and drive adoption.
- Build strong relationships with hospital billing teams, positioning us as a trusted partner.
Requirements :
- Min 2 years experience in medical claims, reimbursement, or healthcare insurance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to turn data into business insights.
- Excellent communication skills with both hospitals and internal teams.
- Degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
