The HR Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. This role involves maintaining employee records and assisting with various HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases.
- Assist with the onboarding process for employees.
- Prepare employment-related documents, including employment contracts, letters, and HR correspondence.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll administration by preparing employee data and supporting payroll documentation.
- Manage HR filing systems, ensuring documents are accurate, complete, and confidential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Administration or a similar administrative role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law and HR administration processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using HRIS is an advantage.
