Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, conducting market research, and developing strategies for entering new markets. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and execute plans to expand our business in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's presence in Indonesia.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.

Market Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze market data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor industry developments and emerging market trends.

New Market Entry:

  • Develop and execute market entry strategies for new products and services.
  • Identify potential distribution channels, partners, and customers in new markets.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements for market entry.

Business Growth:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.

Collaboration and Leadership:
