Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Warehouse Operator Surabaya Terbaru1. Material Handling & Storage
2. Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, components, and parts for pump manufacturing.
- Properly label and store items in designated locations following company procedures.
- Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expire-First-Out (FEFO) inventory principles are followed.
3. Production Support
- Record stock movements in ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory checks.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the Warehouse Supervisor.
4. Shipping & Dispatch
- Pick and deliver materials and components to the production area according to production schedules.
- Return unused materials to stock after production orders are closed.
- Coordinate with production planners to ensure continuous material availability.
5. Safety & Housekeeping
- Prepare finished pump products for packing and shipment according to customer orders.
- Verify shipping documentation (packing list, delivery note, etc.).
- Load and unload goods using forklifts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.) in accordance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies.
- High school, diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (manufacturing experience a plus).
- Forklift license/certification preferred.
- Basic computer literacy (ERP/SAPexperience desirable).
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and inventory records.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.
