Property Advisor is someone who is responsible for the specified target to handle clients in finding new properties, with details below:
Achieving the predetermined target
Manage databases that have been provided
Introducing and presenting suitable housing for clients (Offline & Online)
Assisting client consultations related to appropriate home needs
Build relationships with property developers
Able to negotiate with various parties for closing
Able to work with the aftersales team to take care of client transactions that have been dealt with
Make regular reports through the system
Have professional work experience with a total of at least 2 years (1 year direct sales experience). Preferably sales experience in the property sector (Sales in-house developer)
Able to present, public speaking and good communication
Able to build good relationship and negotiation
Humble, confident, high work motivation, friendly, diligent and positive attitude
Have a willingness to learn to fulfill the job desc
Willing to do field work (Have a private vehicle (Sim A/C)
Willing to work under pressure
Willing to work according to target
Must enter on holidays including national holidays. As well as picket day on a predetermined normal day
Willing to be placed in JKT-Bintaro area
