Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Acquisition Store Administration Jakarta TerbaruAs TikTok business grows, to help several shops to be on-boarded on TikTok Shop there are areas of need to focus specific to ensure that TikTok maintains momentum and continues to deliver exceptional service to customers, and remains diverse, dynamic, and engaging for users.
Scope of work
Acquisition & Incubation
- Acquire TOP Shopee
- Gather information regarding sellers
- Assisting seller in shop registration administration
- Incubate merchants:
- Providing fundamental education about the TTS & TOKO platform
- GNE, BIS, SES
- Content (LS, SV)
- Ads (PSA, LSA, VSA)
- Affiliate
- SFP
Store Admin
- Upload products or assisting mass upload using 3rd party (GINEE, etc) & Connecting with the dedicated team.
- PAPE: Help to check price competitiveness on each commerce platform
- Replying buyer chat
Requirement
1. Location to work: Indonesia, Jakarta (Tokopedia Tower)
2. Required Languages: Bahasa Indonesia & English (Basic to Proficient)
3. The basic requirement of outsourcing employees:
- Able to communicate with seller
- Fast response
- Can do basic excel
4. Must be Ecommerce users (especially TikTok Shop)
5. Minimum level of education: S1 (Sarjana)
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 monthsEducation:
- S1 (Preferred)
Experience:
- e-commerce user: 1 year (Preferred)
- TikTok shop: 1 year (Preferred)
- Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Required)
Expected Start Date: 10/21/2024
