We are one of the subsidiaries of Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) Japan with customer ranging mainly from MC Group and other Japanese companies.
With 20 years of experience and more than 200 consultants, we provide wide range of IT services which covers infrastructure as well as application services. Some of our services are data center services, network & communication services as well as application for financial, human resources and production area.
With customer coming from automotive, manufacturing and multifinance industry we strive to provide the most suitable services for our customers following our motto "Your Success is Our Treasure".
Job Descriotions:
Build and maintain long term relationship with strategic outsource provider and stakeholders;
Conduct administration task such as create procurement proposal, open PO (Purchase Order), delivery monitoring, review agreement, invoice, etc;
Prepare the workstation needed for Resource such as PC / Notebook, ID Card, etc.;
Manage and monitor the life cycle of Resource Management including negotiation process until resource's last day (if any);
Develop the innovative way to leverage the process of engagement model that suitable in Procurement area;
Ensure that services to be purchased are met with requirement;
Manage delivery & invoice process until payment schedule;
Coordinate contract settlement with stakeholders & legal team
Collaborate with recruitment team to fulfill resource administration
Qualification:
1-2 years experience in IT Procurement;
Preferably from reputable university;
Preferably has experience working on IT Company Integrity and dynamics person;
Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills (good English to communicate);
Excellent engagement skills with people;
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, especially in under pressure condition;
Good negotiation and details-oriented skills;
Willing to learn new things and confident in exposing the idea;
Ability to quick adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
