Uraian Pekerjaan
- Contact overseas customers through phone calls and/or WhatsApp messages to arrange a phone pickup schedule
- Daily WhatsApp message blast to customers for product education purposes
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle inquiries from customer, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner; follow up to ensure resolution
- English proficiency is a must, Malay Melayu proficiency is preferred
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Customer Sevice
- Fluency in English
- Experience in handling live chats, emails and calls.
- Background in a startup industry is preferred
- Good skill of communication both verbal and written.
