Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja IT Operation Administrastor Officer Balikpapan TerbaruResponsible for troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring system availability, infrastructure project, supporting mining sites locations and providing timely support to users and other IT team members.
Your responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Work closely with other IT team members and departments to coordinate and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to provide clear instructions and updates
Your qualifications
- Education Min D3
- Able and hard skill of Microsoft operating system
- Ability to maintain, manage, and repair software and hardware.
- Have basic technical skill and knowledge in IT Infrastructure
- Have a good understanding of Networking
- Good in English both Verbal and Written.
- Dependability - the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and feedback to improve performance.
- Integrity - requires being honest and ethical.
