Customer Service Manager

Your Role:

Managing the customer service team agents to provide the highest standards of customer service.
Train, mentor and evaluate customer service and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment with a productive and motivating working environment
Enhance customer experience by digitalization adoption.
Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
Review and develop service procedures, policies and standards and ensuring that all company policies are followed
Set reasonable goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis
Providing analytics and compile accurate reports in timely manner
Keep ahead of similar industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Play a significant role in process excellence, including an initiative geared toward organization transformation

Who you are:

Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study from reputable University
Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, or Assistant Manager with 10+ years of experience and 5+ years of supervisory experience
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, tools and SAP will be an advantages
Preferred Experience into Ecommerce sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to translate skills to other employees through training and mentoring
Proficiency in English
