Overview: According to the service standards of Aman and the hotel to provide heartfelt and attentive service to our guests as Front Desk Intern or Butler Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Greeting and serving guests in a professional, gracious manner
- Observing and learning from experienced staff to acquire knowledge of hotel management and operations
- Assisting in the departmental operations, including providing service and other daily operations
- Assisting in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all guest areas
- Communicating effectively with guests, staff, and supervisors
- Participating in training and development opportunities as required
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Hospitality, Business or Tourism
- Speak fluent in Mandarin and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
- Passionate about customer service and the hospitality industry
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
